The FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Green EU PAB index tracks real estate companies from developed markets worldwide. Title selection is based on sustainability criteria. Compared to the investment universe (FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed), the index targets the following objectives: Reduction of greenhouse gas intensity by 50% and by an average of at least 7% per year, increase in green certificates by 30%, reduction in energy consumption by 10%.
