The company was formerly known as Shandong Luxi Chemical Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Luxi Chemical Group Co., Ltd. in June 2009. Luxi Chemical Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Liaocheng, China.
