The company was formerly known as HNA Infrastructure Investment Group Co., LTD and changed its name to Hainan Airport Infrastructure Co., Ltd in January 2022. Hainan Airport Infrastructure Co., Ltd was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Haikou, China.
