Hudson Pacific's in-service portfolio of 46 properties includes approximately 12.8 million square feet of office space and approximately 1.7 million square feet of studio space, leased to investment-grade and blue-chip tenants in technology and media, balanced by legal, government, retail and financial and business services users. Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. was incorporated in 1997 and is based in Los Angeles, United States.
