In addition, it imports and distributes aftermarket car parts. It operates in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Ukraine, and Portugal. The company was incorporated in 1962 and is headquartered in Athens, Greece.
