In addition, the company offers finance and accounting, such as finance transformation, operational and technical accounting, tax and treasury, and financial planning and analysis; governance, risk, and compliance, including accounting regulations, internal audit and SOX compliance, data privacy and security, IT and operational risk, and regulatory compliance; and enterprise strategy and operational performance comprising change & transformation management, process optimization & automation, supply chain management, merger integration, and cost reduction and optimization services. Further, it provides digital, technology and data services, such as digital transformation, technology strategy and transformation, data and analytics, and artificial intelligence. The company was formerly known as RC Transaction Corp. and changed its name to Resources Connection, Inc. in August 2000. Resources Connection, Inc. was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
