The Industrial Systems segment offers solutions and systems for the production and refinement of materials; surface treatment; and monitoring production processes configured primarily for the needs and requirements of other industrial areas, such as the medical, electrical, and tool industries. The solutions are used in semiconductor technology, mobility, aerospace, automotive industries, materials science, and the renewable energy industry. The company has its operations in Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, the United States, China, Taiwan, Korea, and Singapore. It also provides services comprising product and process development, soldering, welding, and heat treatment. The company was founded in 1977 and is headquartered in Wettenberg, Germany.
