The company was formerly known as CSMC Technologies Corporation and changed its name to China Resources Microelectronics Limited in 2008. China Resources Microelectronics Limited was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Wuxi, China. China Resources Microelectronics Limited is a subsidiary of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd.
